4. AI Buddy Data
AI Buddies running through Shadow Desktop process data locally on your device. Conversations between Buddies and users in channels are stored on our servers as part of regular message history. Rental transactions on the Buddy Market are recorded for billing and dispute resolution purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
When you connect your Buddy to third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), your data is subject to those providers' privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
